If your membership is due to expire as of March 31, expect to receive your dues renewal bill in late December or early January. If you do not receive your bill, we may not have your most current address. Of course, you're welcome to renew online at any time whether you've received your bill or not.

Member Tracking is available for selected Local Group officers and appointees to access data about their current members.
- Prospect tracking
Prospect Tracking provides Testing Coordinators with prospective member information, updated each business day. They can also track prospects, download contact information and email prospects about upcoming test sites and events.
- Offers tracking
Offers Tracking provides Local Secretaries and Membership Officers with contact and tracking for individuals who have qualified for membership but haven't yet joined. Included in the online tool are tracking, downloads and email capabilities that allow them to contact these potential members.
- Officers' Sharehouse
Housed within our online Community is a file-sharing area for officers and appointees who can upload and share their graphics, photos and articles. Because the Sharehouse is a part of our Community, you can rate content and comment on the uploads as well.
- Online archive
The Mensa Bulletin online archive includes the current month's issue in addition to prior issues. The current month's issue uploads on the first business day of the month.
A set of bylaws defines the structure and governance of American Mensa, including voting rights, the makeup and responsibilities of the board of directors including the Ombudsman, election procedures, Local Group formation and member rights and responsibilities.
