Joi Lin is a dedicated advocate for gifted individuals and a Ph.D. candidate in Curriculum and Instruction, specializing in Gifted Education Leadership at the University of Denver, set to graduate in June 2024. With a passion for supporting the career development and well-being of the gifted, Joi serves as the Director of Professional Education at the Gifted Development Center and holds an adjunct professor position at the University of Denver. Additionally, she chairs the Mensa Foundation’s Education and Gifted Youth Committee, contributing significantly to empowering gifted individuals from diverse backgrounds.

Joi brings a unique perspective and unwavering commitment to her work, striving to create inclusive environments where gifted individuals can thrive. As a multiracial, multicultural GenY Denver Mensan, she is deeply invested in promoting equitable opportunities for all gifted learners and professionals. Through her leadership and advocacy, Joi aims to foster a community where every gifted individual experiences well-being and thrives.
